The University Learning Resource Center (ULRC) is an academic library that caters to the needs of the students, faculty, alumni, administrators, and staff of Sultan Kudarat State University. Its services are geared towards the University vision, mission, goals, and objectives and its four (4) fold-functions namely Instruction, Research, Extension and Production. It strives to meet the demands of the growing population through its resources and services. Further it aims to provide books and other reference materials in varied formats through which students, faculty members and other users will have access for research and instructional purposes.
