Tacurong City – Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) conducted the Monitoring and Evaluation of the NICER Program on Halal Goat Science and Innovation Center – Phase II on September 22, 2026, at the QMS Conference Room, ACCESS Campus.
The monitoring and evaluation activity was conducted by the team from the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD), composed of Dr. Synan Baguio, Mr. Rundolfo Llamas, Mr. Stephen Mendoza, and Dr. Ronilo De Castro.
The activity provided an opportunity to assess the program’s accomplishments, progress, and implementation, as well as identify areas for further improvement and strengthening of the Center’s initiatives in Halal goat science, research, technology, and innovation.
Representing University President Atty. Cyrus E. Torrena, DPA, MNSA, was Vice President for Finance, Administration and Resource Generation Dr. Reynaldo H. Dalayap who delivered a message during the activity, highlighting the University’s continuing commitment to advancing research and innovation initiatives that contribute to agricultural development, food security, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The monitoring and evaluation reflects SKSU’s commitment to strengthening research and innovation programs and sustaining partnerships with national agencies to generate technologies and knowledge that can contribute to the development of the agricultural sector and the halal goat industry.
