Human Resource Management and Development Office

The Human Resource Management and Development Office is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. An appointment/ designation to the said position shall be governed by the existing qualification standards and other rules and regulations prescribed by the Civil Service Commission and other existing policies of the university.

The HRMDO provides management support in terms of promoting the welfare of the employees, assist in the performance management and innovate a system that will somehow improve the way of managing them. The endeavors of the office are geared towards the attainment of the present administration in giving importance to human resource and sharing the vision of the Civil Service Commission in strategic management.
