The Office of the Registrar delivers a wide variety of services to the academic community. The office aims to provide services in an well-organized manner that allows the members of the academic community to use the services with minimum effort and extreme contentment. The Registrar’s office is in charge for student admissions and registration, grade reporting and transcript of records generation, and maintenance of academic records.
Registrar is one of the important front liner of the university, serving our clients–the students and is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and security of academic records. Our standing policy is always to respond to authentic requests for information or services as quickly and precisely as possible.

- Preparation of the final list of candidates for graduation and coordinates with the Office of the Vice-President for Academic Affairs for the commencement exercises
For several years now, the graduate school has shown a trend of increase in its enrolment profile. It has one of the largest enrolment in the Graduate Program among SUCs in the Region.
