The University is committed to providing quality education through the hiring of competent faculty members. As of July 2024, the Human Resource and Management Office reported that the faculty personnel composed of three hundred twenty-seven (324) are permanent and twelve (12) are temporary.
- ACCESS (Main) campus is composed of forty-one (41) PhD degree holders, and sixty-three (63) are Master’s degree holders, and three (3) Bachelor’s degree holders.
- TACURONG campus is composed of twenty (20) PhD degree holders, and fifty-nine (59) are Master’s degree holders, and one (1) Bachelor’s degree holder.
- ISULAN campus is composed of twenty-four (24) PhD degree holders, and forty-three (43) are Master’s degree holders, and five (5) Bachelor’s degree holders.
- KALAMANSIG campus is composed of three (3) PhD degree holders, and twenty-seven (27) are Master’s degree holders, and one (1) Bachelor’s degree holder.
- LUTAYAN campus is composed of four (4) PhD degree holders, and fifteen (15) are Master’s degree holders, and one (1) Bachelor’s degree holder.
- BAGUMBAYAN campus is composed of two (2) PhD degree holders, and fourteen (14) are Master’s degree holders.
- PALIMBANG campus is composed of two (2) PhD degree holders, and seven (7) are Master’s degree holders, and one (1) Bachelor’s degree holder.
From the total number of three hundred thirty-six (336) Plantilla faculty, 3.57% are Bachelor’s degree holders, 67.86% are Master’s degree holders, and 28.57% are Doctor of Philosophy degree holders. The faculties are divided into different teaching positions and ranks.
