The Civil Service Commission through the Region XII Office (CSC-RO XII) awarded the Sultan Kudarat State University Human Resource Management and Development Office (SKSU-HRMDO) a Plaque of Recognition for attaining Maturity Level 2 of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze Award.
The Conferment Activity was held at the SKSU Multi-purpose Hall, 3rd Floor, Administrative Building, ACCESS Campus last July 24, 2023.
The award was conferred to Sultan Kudarat State University for having met the PRIME-HRM Level 2 Maturity Indicators of all four (4) core HRM systems – Recruitment, Selection, Placement; Performance Management; Learning and Development; and Rewards and Recognition – and for maintaining the records management and other programs in order.
The glass marker representing the award was given by Grace R. Belgado-Saqueton, CPA, Director IV of the CSC-RO XII to University President – Samson L. Molao, EdD together with former university president Rolando F. Hechanova, RPAE, PhD.
Recognizing the hard work rendered by the office, President Molao immediately gave the award to SKSU HRMDO Director – Noraisa K. Yasin, PhD after receiving the said award.
Former President Hechanova delivered his Legacy Message wherein he brought to light his achievement during his term which was a crucial part of obtaining the award.
President Molao in turn answered with his pledge of commitment. “More than a commitment, this is a challenge; that we have to maintain this level two status if not surpass it.” said President Molao.
Other highlights of the activity are the awarding of Certificates of Registration to the Non-Teaching Employees Association (NTEA) and SKPSC- Faculty Association of SKSU and the Awarding of Plaque of Recognition to President Hechanova for his support in SKSU’s quest for PRIME-HRM Bronze Award.
Also present during the activity are Vice Presidents Reynaldo H. Dalayap, Jr., PhD and Jesusa D. Ortuoste, PhD who delivered the Welcome and Closing Remarks respectively and the Key Officials of the University.
