Sultan Kudarat State University successfully concluded its three-day Internal Audit Training at the ACCESS Campus, EJC Montilla, Tacurong City.
Day 3 highlighted the practical application of Root Cause Analysis across various university departments, where participants identified issues, analyzed their underlying causes, and formulated corrective actions aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards. These hands-on exercises allowed the IQA Team to put into practice the knowledge and skills gained in the previous sessions, ensuring continuous improvement in SKSU’s quality management system.
This initiative was made possible through the support of University President Dr. Samson L. Molao, whose leadership reinforces SKSU’s commitment to institutional excellence, accountability, and quality education.
The three-day training, facilitated by ISO Consultant Ms. Khen O. David, equipped the Internal Quality Audit Team with the tools to uphold international quality standards and strengthen SKSU’s governance and operations.
Through this capacity-building effort, SKSU reaffirms its alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
