The ceremonial check handover was held on October 22, 2025, at the Office of the President, with University President Dr. Sam L. Molao personally awarding the grants. The event was also attended by OIC-Dean Atty. Velessa Jane N. Dulin and Scholarship Chairperson Dr. Florlyn Mae S. Remegio.
The recipients—Rizza Joy R. Autor, Dianne M. Bajade-Canales, Brenda A. Jacob, Rhealiza C. Evasco, Hazel Jane C. Candalia, Juster John Escobilla, and John Myr C. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2: Zero Hunger, SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, this initiative underscores Nestle Philippines’ and SKSU’s shared commitment to advancing agricultural research, promoting sustainability, and empowering future agricultural scientists to drive innovation in the sector.
