The University is committed to providing quality education through the hiring of competent faculty members. As of May 28, 2024, the Human Resource and Management Office reported that the faculty personnel composed of three hundred twenty-seven (327) are permanent and twelve (12) are temporary.
- ACCESS (Main) campus is composed of one hundred six (106) permanent faculty members, and three (3) are temporary.
- ISULAN campus is composed of sixty-eight (68) permanent faculty, and five (5) are temporary.
- TACURONG campus is composed of seventy-seven (77) permanent faculty members and one (1) temporary.
- BAGUMBAYAN campus is composed of sixteen (16) permanent faculty members.
- PALIMBANG campus is composed of eleven (11) permanent faculty members and one (1) temporary.
- LUTAYAN campus is composed of twenty (20) permanent faculty members.
- KALAMANSIG campus is composed of twenty-nine (29) permanent faculty, and two (2) are temporary.
From the total number of three hundred thirty-nine (339) Plantilla faculty, 4% are Bachelor’s degree holders, 70% are Master’s degree holders, and 26% are Doctor of Philosophy degree holders. The faculties are divided into different teaching positions and ranks, where one hundred forty-six (146) are Instructors, eighty-nine (89) are Assistant Professors, ninety-two (92) are Associate Professors, and twelve (12) are Professors.
