ATTENTION:
The Sultan Kudarat State University – Guidance and Testing Center will administer the SKSU Tertiary Placement test (SKSU – TPT) for transferees for the second semester of the Academic Year 2024 – 2025.
- Date: December 15, 2024 (Sunday)
- Time: 07:30am to 10:30am 1st Batch | 01:00pm to 04:00pm 2nd Batch
- Venue: Testing Room, Guidance and Testing Center, SKSU ACCESS Campus, EJC Montilla, Tacurong City.
REQUIREMENTS DURING EVALUATION:
- Registration Form
- Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades
- PhP 275.00 testing fee
PROCEDURE:
- Step 1. Download and fill out the Registration Form (Click Here to Download)
- Step 2. Go to the Program Chairperson for the evaluation of your grades and availability of slots.
- Step 3. If the slot is available and application is approved by the Program Chairperson and College Dean, pay PhP 275.00 Testing Fee at the cashier.
- Step 4. Proceed to the Guidance and Testing Center on December 15, 2024 to take the SKSU Tertiary Placement Test
NOTE:
College of Nursing, Midwifery, and Medical Technology are not accepting transferees for the second semester of academic year 2024 -2025.
