September 22, 2025 – As part of the nationwide celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) hosted the Flag Raising Ceremony at the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Capitol with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”
In his message, SKSU President Samson L. Molao, EdD underscored the university’s vital role in advancing education and community development. “SKSU remains steadfast as the only university in the province that champions accessible quality education, strengthens research and innovation, and provides responsive public service,” Dr. Molao said.
He also highlighted the university’s partnerships in building a stronger province. “Together with the provincial government and our partners, we continue our mission to uplift the socioeconomic well-being of our people and help shape a better future for our youth,” he added.
The celebration brought together provincial leaders, public servants, and stakeholders in reaffirming their commitment to integrity and excellence in public service. The event also reflected SKSU’s alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
