Sultan Kudarat State University officially welcomes the fourth (4th) President of the University, Dr. Samson L. Molao. Key Officials, Faculty, Students, and Staff line up along the main campus path going to the administration building as they wave colorful flaglets as a sign of their felicitation to the new president.
The occasion was graced by the young and brilliant Governor of Sultan Kudarat Province, Gov. Datu Pax Ali Mangudadatu. They made a memorable walk of unity as the new SKSU president and Sultan Kudarat Governor. August 15, 2022, is indeed marked the beginning of the new chapter of SKSU.
As the new President, Dr. Samson L. Molao sets his foot at ACCESS Campus, the Main campus of the University, where the Administrative site is situated. the president leads the Flag Raising Ceremony and followed by a welcome Program for the newly appointed SKSU President at the ACCESS campus in front of the administration Building, where students, Faculty, Staff, and visitors are excited to witness and unfold the new era of the university.
The welcome program started with the preliminaries. Mrs. Lynette G. Peniero, Board Secretary introduced the new President, followed by the President’s speech. The President invites everyone to enjoin him in his journey, he called everyone co-dreamers. He emphasized the quality and easy access to education, peace, and harmony and produce publishable and high-impact researches that will serve the community and Collaboration of everyone in the university, calling for One SKSU, and Collaboration with Local Government Units especially with the Provincial Government. He also invites everyone to pray for each other and humbly asks them to pray for him as the Leader of the University.
The welcome program was made more remarkable because of the presence of the Sultan Kudarat Governor, Gov. Datu Pax Ali who brought good news and hope, especially to students. He forged his commitment to making SKSU a premier, model, and high-tech University in Mindanao. The young governor commits its support to SKSU true to its tagline SIKAT ka!
The welcome program is indeed the beginning of the greater heights of the University. As the President emphasized that SKSU is a Generator of Solutions.
