SKSU Conducts Merit Promotion Oath-Taking Ceremony

Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) conducted an Oath-Taking Ceremony for personnel who recently received Merit Promotion, marking another milestone in the university’s commitment to recognizing dedication, competence, and exemplary service within the institution.

The ceremony was led by University President Samson L. Molao, EdD together with Judith V. Asturias, MPA, JD, Director of the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO). The event formally affirmed the promoted employees’ continued commitment to serve the university community with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

The oath-taking symbolized the university’s recognition of the hard work and contributions of its personnel whose performance and qualifications merited advancement in their respective positions. Through merit-based promotion, SKSU reinforces its dedication to strengthening institutional capacity and cultivating a culture of excellence among its workforce.

The promoted employees are now entrusted with greater responsibilities in supporting the university’s mission of delivering quality education, efficient public service, and responsive leadership in higher education.
