CTE-DIT: Online Pre-listing for Diploma in Teaching Freshmen Applicants for First Semester A.Y. 2021-2022

To: INCOMING DIPLOMA IN TEACHING (DIT) FRESHMEN APPLICANTS

The SKSU Diploma in Teaching program announces its online pre-listing on July 3 to July 17, 2021, for the incoming first-year students for the First Semester, Academic Year 2021-2022.

The following are the steps on online pre-listing/application.

Step 1. Download the Personal Information Sheet (PIS);

Step 2. The filled-out PIS together with pre-listing requirements should be scanned and saved as PDF in a single file with a file name of your complete name (last name, first name, middle name); and

Step 3. Upload your scanned documents (single file) through this link: https://forms.gle/voRBU3nUGs96f8Hc8

Pre-listing/application REQUIREMENTS:

 An applicant must be a graduate of a four-year course in his/her baccalaureate degree.

1. Transcript of Records
2. PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate

Notes:

1. Send your application not later than the last scheduled date.
2. Avoid multiple submissions of your requirements, or your application will be denied.
3. An assessment of TOR shall be done after the pre-listing and be updated on the latest announcement to be posted at SKSU Website (sksu.edu.ph).

Diploma in Teaching ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Transcript of Records of bachelor’s degree (Original and photocopy)
2. Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended
3. PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate
4. Married Certificate (If married)
5. Two long brown envelopes
