Sultan Kudarat State University was visited by the Department of Budget Management XII (DBM 12), headed by the Regional Director, Akmad J. Usman together with his Staff on May 11, 2022,9o’clock in the morning, at ACCESS Campus Tacurong City.
It started with an Actual Site Visitation of the Fiscal year 2020 and 2021 General Appropriation Act (GAA) funded projects. They checked and Visited the projects and were amazed by their implementation. After the Site Visitation, a program was conducted in Administration Board Room. It started with Preliminaries and was followed by the Welcome message of the University President. Dr. Rolando F. Hechanova, RPAE, also introduced the SKSU team for project Implementation, on the other hand, a DBM representative also introduced the DBM team.
During the said visitation, the President, Dr. Rolando F. Hechanova, presented the major Accomplishment report. Dr. Reynaldo H. Dalayap, Jr., Ph.D., Vice-President for Finance and Administration and Resource Generation, presented the Status of Implementation of FY 2020 and 2021 GAA-funded projects and FY 2023 proposals under Tier 2.
The Site Visitation and Technical Budget Hearing were graciously closed by Dr. Dennis Meriales, the SKSU planning Director.
