SKSU co-hosts the Seminar-Workshop on Research Proposal Writing for Scopus Publication with AI Application

The International Association of Multidisciplinary Research, Inc., in partnership with Sultan Kudarat State University, organized and hosted the Seminar-Workshop on Research Proposal Writing for Scopus Publication with AI Application at One Central Hotel, Cebu City from February 29 to March 02, 2024.

The seminar-workshop drew the participation of twenty-nine (29) faculty members from the SKSU Graduate School and various campuses of the University. Attendees also included representatives from other universities and colleges, review and training centers, as well as local government units in the Philippines. Dr. Christine P. Abo, the Dean of the College of Teacher Education, delivered the opening remarks.

Throughout the seminar-workshop, Dr. Genaro V. Japos, the first Filipino scholar to hold five (5) doctoral degrees in Education, Management, Human Resource Management, Instructional System, and Organizational Development, provided comprehensive and inspirational talk on crafting research proposals with the responsible usage of various AI applications.

The primary goal of the seminar-workshop is to provide participants with comprehensive guidance on how to write research proposals that align with Scopus requirements, thereby increasing their chances of having their work accepted by various scientific journals.

This collaboration allows the University to advance its research culture by embracing the responsible use of various AI applications.
