Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital (SKPH) Internal Medicine Department and Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) College of Medicine visited Baguio General Hospital for benchmarking activity.
The benchmarking activity was part of SKPH and SKSU COM preparations for the offering of IM Residency Training Program and College of Medicine Program, respectively.
The visit was successful as BGH provided valuable technical support and advice to SKPH and SKSU COM. Future collaborations, linkages, and resource sharing are a welcome development.

Last June 13 ,2023 the Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat (PGSK) and Sultan Kudarat State University signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the opening of the College of Medicine Program. PGSK under the leadership of Governor Datu Pax Ali committed to support SKSU in this endeavor – we are now witnessing the fruits of this strategic partnership.
