Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) held a momentous mass oath-taking ceremony for its faculty members who were promoted through the DBM-CHED Joint Circular No. 03, s. 2022. A total of 130 faculty members were deservedly promoted after a rigorous evaluation process conducted by evaluators, including the regional director of CHED Regional Office XII.
Ms. Rose Ibot, the Director for Human Resource Management and Development Office, provided the rationale for the activity, highlighting the significance of the promotion as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the faculty members.
In her message, OIC President Jesusa D. Ortuoste, PhD, congratulated the newly promoted faculty members and urged them to continue their laudable service to the University. She also reminded them to be grateful for the recognition and the opportunity to further contribute to the University’s mission.
The ceremony was further enriched by the words of wisdom from Engr. Nathaniel Naanep, one of the senior faculty members who were promoted. “This promotion comes as both a blessing and recognition for your hard work and perseverance. Continue to serve with excellence and dedication,” Engr. Naanep emphasized.
The mass oath-taking not only celebrated the achievements of the promoted faculty members but also underscored SKSU’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding the dedication and excellence of its faculty. This promotion serves as an inspiration for all faculty members to strive for continuous improvement and excellence in their respective fields.
