SKSU President Torreña Leads Series of Institutional Engagements, Visits CoM and CHS Facilities

Isulan, Sultan Kudarat — Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) President Atty. Cyrus E. Torrena, DPA, MNSA, held a series of meetings with government agencies, institutional partners, and university stakeholders on Monday, August 17, as part of his continuing efforts to strengthen institutional linkages and advance the university’s development priorities.

Among those who met with Atty. Torreña were representatives from the LANDBANK of the Philippines – Sultan Kudarat Lending Center, the SKSU Alumni Association, and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region XII, together with DOST-PTRI Director Dr. Julius L. Leano.

Atty. Torreña also met with representatives of the Police Provincial Strategy Management Unit (PPSMU), further providing an avenue for institutional engagement with government partners.

Meanwhile, Atty. Torreña, together with the Provincial Health Director David E. Bella, deans and faculty members, visited the SKSU College of Medicine (CoM) and College of Health Sciences (CHS), where they inspected the colleges’ equipment, facilities, and rooms.

The series of engagements brought together government institutions, university partners, and academic stakeholders, reflecting SKSU’s continuing commitment to strengthening collaboration across sectors. Through these engagements, Atty. Torreña continues to foster institutional partnerships and coordination as SKSU advances its mandate in education, research, innovation, and community service.
