University President Dr. Samson L. Molao expressed his sincere gratitude to CHED Chairperson, Dr. Shirley A. Agrupis for granting his Travel Authority, enabling him to serve as a Speaker and Research Presenter at the ICREATE 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. Despite initial travel restrictions under CHED policies, his presence at the conference became possible through the collective support of CHED officials, and the persistent efforts of his Executive Secretary.
He emphasized that his participation represents not just personal attendance, but a shared commitment to leadership, collaboration, and finding solutions despite limitations. In his message, he highlighted the environmental significance of the Ligawasan Marsh and challenged fellow scholars and leaders to move beyond research into concrete actions that protect ecosystems, empower communities, and transform harmful practices.
Dr. Molao concluded by reaffirming that true leadership is defined not by physical presence alone, but by purpose, resilience, and the courage to act—especially in times of constraint.
